POLICY<\/span><\/h2>\n

We accept product returns within 30 days of the delivery of your package.<\/span><\/p>\n

Refunds will be issued excluding the cost of shipping.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Isabel Selles will not be responsible for any returns which are lost and\/or damaged during return and will not issue refunds for packages lost in the return shipping. We recommend the use of a trackable shipping method and that the tracking ID of the return shipment is kept until the return has been registered.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once we have received the returned products, we will assess their condition and, if approved, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive an email confirming receipt of the return and the status of the refund.\u00a0 We will refund the price of the products returned within 30 days. All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Depending on the bank, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account. The original shipping cost paid for your order is not refundable.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

CONDITIONS<\/span><\/h2>\n

The products must be returned undamaged and unused and in the same condition in which you received them. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned in the original packaging.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note that returns received in a condition that would prevent the products from being sold as new will not be accepted, and items will be shipped back to the customer at the customer\u2019s expense.<\/span><\/p>\n

PAYMENTS \/ REFUNDS<\/span><\/h2>\n

All payments are processed in EUR. Product refunds will be issued in the original payment currency. Therefore, the final amount refunded may vary depending on the exchange rate applicable at the time of the refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

HOW TO RETURN<\/span><\/h2>\n
Please drop us a line at hello@isabelselles.com<\/a><\/strong> \u00a0telling us which items you\u2019d like to return and we\u2019ll get back to you as soon as possible. We hate this section, but we want you to be happy with our items.\u00a0 If for any reason you’re not, you have 15 days from the delivery date to let us know that you wish to return a part or the whole of the order. And then, you have a further 15 days to send us the parcel.<\/span><\/div>\n

SHIPPING COST<\/span><\/h2>\n

The shipping cost of the return must be paid by the customer. The shipping cost of your order will not be refundable.<\/span><\/p>\n

Earrings and items marked as \u201con sale\u201d are not eligible for refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

DAMAGED ITEMS<\/span><\/h2>\n

The customer has 48 hours from the delivery of the package to check the products for damage. If any product is perceived to be damaged in any way, please send an email including a photo of the damaged item(s) together with your order number to\u00a0<\/span><\/span>hello@isabelselles.com<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If your package was damaged during shipment by the carrier, please keep the box and notify us immediately.<\/span><\/p>\n
