If you order Bespoke Goods from Us, We will customise\u00a0<\/b>them to your specifications and requirements, as detailed in the descriptions accompanying such products on Our Site.\u00a0 <\/span>When you place an Order for Bespoke Goods, We will provide details of the information required from you.<\/span><\/p>\n

When placing an Order for Bespoke Goods, please ensure that all information that you provide to Us is correct, accurate, and complete.\u00a0 <\/span>We cannot accept the return of any Bespoke Goods if that return is due to incorrect information provided by you.\u00a0 <\/span>Please note that this does not affect your legal rights.<\/span><\/p>\n

We cannot guarantee that Goods and\/or Bespoke Goods will always be available.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Minor changes may, from time to time, be made to certain Goods and\/or Bespoke Goods between your Order being placed and Us processing that Order and dispatching the Goods and\/or Bespoke Goods, for example, to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, or to address particular technical or security issues.\u00a0 <\/span>Any such changes will not change any main characteristics of the Goods or Bespoke Goods and will not normally affect your use of those Goods and\/or Bespoke Goods.\u00a0 <\/span>However, if any change is made that would affect your use of the Goods and\/or Bespoke Goods, suitable information will be provided to you.<\/span><\/p>\n

If, during the order process, you provide Us with incorrect or incomplete information, please contact Us as soon as possible.\u00a0 <\/span>If We are unable to process your Order due to incorrect or incomplete information, We will contact you to ask to correct it.\u00a0 <\/span>If you do not give us the accurate or complete information within a reasonable time of Our request, We will cancel your Order and treat the Contract as being at an end.\u00a0 <\/span>If We incur any costs as a result of your incorrect or incomplete information, We may pass those costs on to you.<\/span><\/p>\n

Confirmation of the Goods and\/or Bespoke Goods ordered including full details of the main characteristics of those Goods and\/or Bespoke Goods;<\/span><\/p>\n

Fully itemised pricing for the Goods and\/or Bespoke Goods ordered including, where appropriate, taxes, delivery and other additional charges;<\/span><\/p>\n

Estimated delivery date(s) and time(s); www.isabelselles.com\/shipping<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We will also include a paper copy of the Order Confirmation with your Goods and\/or Bespoke Goods when they are delivered.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the unlikely event that We do not accept or cannot fulfil your Order for any reason, We will explain why in writing.\u00a0 <\/span>No payment will be taken under normal circumstances.\u00a0 <\/span>If We have taken payment any such sums will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within\u00a010 days.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Any refunds due under this Clause 8 will be made using the same payment method that you used when ordering the Goods and\/or Bespoke Goods unless you specifically request that We make a refund using a different method.<\/span><\/p>\n

Payment for Goods and\/or Bespoke Goods and related delivery charges must always be made in advance and you will be prompted to pay during the order process.\u00a0 <\/span>Your chosen payment method will not be charged until We dispatch your Goods and\/or Bespoke Goods.<\/span><\/p>\n
